    • Supporting images or video proof of defect

    • Zerabyte will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Mini PCs & Thin Clients: Hardware or software faults covered under warranty.

  • Projectors: Manufacturing defects, faulty display, or malfunctioning components.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, electrical surges, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.


7. Refund Timelines

  • Verification of returned items typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds to original payment methods are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • For bank transfers, credit/debit card, or e-wallet refunds, processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.


8. Shipping Charges

  • For defective or wrongly shipped products, return shipping is free.

  • For non-defective returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Shipping charges for replacement products are borne by Zerabyte in warranty-covered cases.
